Are there any setup fees?

No. CasaPay Floq is free to start. You only pay the percentage fee on rent actually collected.

What payment methods are supported?

Card payments, bank transfers, and open banking across the UK and Europe.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply to new tenancies.

How does the rent guarantee work?

On the Cover tier, CasaPay pays you if a tenant defaults (reactive). On the On-Time tier, you're paid on the due date regardless of whether the tenant has paid (proactive).

What about debt collection fees?

Debt collection is included in both the Cover and On-Time tiers at no extra cost. When rent is 30+ days overdue, cases are automatically escalated to licensed local partners across 183 countries.
