1. Apply for a mandate
Before applying to mandate all candidates must conduct a credit check through the CasaPay platform to ensure their ability to pay rent. It’s just a few simple steps where you give us permission to read your bank statements or you can send them to us manually.

2. Wait for confirmation from the landlord
After applying for a mandate, you have to wait for a response from the landlord whether you have been selected or not. We’ll let you know either way

3. Enter into an agreement with the landlord
CasaPay does not offer contract signing in our platform, but we provide a template for it. Nevertheless, you use ours or those of others, we recommend to conditionally sign it with the landlord.

4. Pay first payment and get the keys
You have to sign a payment mandate through the CasaPay platform & pay first rent. After that you will get keys from landlord. So you can enjoy low move-in costs without deposit requirements.

Pay according to an agreed-upon schedule, with flexibility for one-time monthly payment or 4 weekly installments.
