What's the difference between Standard and Guaranteed?

Standard (0.5% per transaction) gives you access to rent payments and tenant scoring. Guaranteed (1.5% per transaction) includes everything in Standard plus payment guarantees.

What is CasaPay payment guarantee?

CasaPay's on-time payout guarantee is a proactive payment protection. If a tenant is late with their payment, you still receive your payout on time. CasaPay pays you directly and then collects the outstanding amount from the tenant, so you never have to chase late payments or worry about cash flow.

How quickly does CasaPay pay out?

Immediately when the tenant pays. In case of a late payment, the guaranteed payment is paid out the day after the due date, ensuring you always receive your funds on time.

How does percentage-based pricing work?

You only pay a percentage of the rent collected through CasaPay. Standard is 0.5% per transaction, Guaranteed is 1.5% per transaction. No monthly fees, no setup costs – you only pay when you get paid. This applies to all transactions processed via open banking or card payments.

Are there any limits on tenant scoring?

No limits! Both Standard and Guaranteed plans include unlimited tenant scoring and verification checks. Run as many checks as you need at no extra cost – compared to £10-15 per check with traditional reference providers.

What's included in Custom plans?

Custom plans include everything in Guaranteed plus volume discounts on transaction rates, API access, custom integrations, white-label options, and a dedicated account manager.
