Is this insurance or debt forgiveness?
No. This is the CasaPay payment guarantee for operators. The tenant remains liable for valid charges, including amounts CasaPay pays on their behalf.
What if the tenant disputes a charge?
CasaPay reviews the evidence before a payout decision. Charges upheld in the tenant’s favour are not paid under the guarantee.
Is On-time the same as rent in advance?
No. On-time concerns rent due now. Rent in advance concerns future rent and is listed as coming soon on CasaPay.com.
