CasaPay works with rental payment, identity, and operator workflow data. Security and operational trust are core requirements for the product and the website.

Access separation

Tenants and operators access separate portals. Tenant access is available at tnt.casapay.com, and operator access is available at op.casapay.com.

Payment and identity workflows

CasaPay designs payment and verification flows to reduce manual handling, preserve context around rent obligations, and support clear audit trails for operators and tenants.

Data protection

CasaPay maintains privacy and data protection practices described in the Privacy Policy. Sensitive claims, regulated services, and guarantee terms should be reviewed in the applicable service documentation before relying on them.
