Does my team need to start a separate claim?

No. CasaPay’s rules proactively trigger eligible payouts within the agreed workflow, rather than requiring a separate reactive claim. Supporting evidence, agreed limits and dispute review still apply.

When does CasaPay trigger an eligible payout?

Standard timing is due date +30 days. With the optional On-time upgrade, it is due date +1 day. These are eligible payout triggers, not confirmation that funds have arrived.

Does this apply beyond rent?

Yes. Rent, damages and one-time fees use the same proactive payout logic where included in your agreed service and limits. Collect has no operator plan fee; tenant service fees, processing charges and the On-time upgrade are separate.
