What counts as an active unit?
A qualifying rental unit processing rent through RentLink. Your agreement defines measurement, proration and payout rules.
How does launch support work?
Approved launch support of up to £7,500 is released against agreed milestones and recovered from future revenue share. An unused integration does not qualify for payment. Availability and terms require agreement.
What data can we access?
Only data authorised by the operator and covered by the applicable agreements. Partnership does not provide automatic access to operator contacts or data.
Are other revenue-share rates available?
Performance rates may reach £7.20 per eligible unit per year, subject to agreement. The calculator uses an illustrative £5.40 rate and excludes launch support.
