For rental operators

Collect rent online and reconcile every payment.

Create rent requests, give tenants supported payment choices and keep status connected to reconciliation and payouts.

Request. Monitor. Trigger.

From the amount due to a payout triggered by your agreed rules.

Create the request.

Record the rent, damage charge or one-time fee, with its amount, due date and supporting details.

Keep it connected.

Track payment status and supporting evidence in the same workflow.

Let the rules trigger payout.

CasaPay triggers eligible payouts at due date +30 days, or +1 day with On-time.

Make every request identifiable.

Online rent collection starts with a clear obligation: tenant, amount, due date and supporting context. A RentLink keeps those details attached to the payment journey so the team can see what was requested and what happened next.

Available payment methods depend on market and operator setup. CasaPay does not claim that every method or recurring payment rail is available everywhere; the onboarding process confirms the supported route.

Connect collection to the back office.

Payment status is only useful when the team can act on it. CasaPay connects rent requests to reconciliation, exceptions and agreed payout routing rather than treating collection as an isolated checkout.

For eligible guarantor payouts, agreed rules can trigger the applicable workflow without a separate reactive claim. Evidence, limits, dispute review and timing conditions still apply.

Does my team need to start a separate claim?

No. CasaPay’s rules proactively trigger eligible payouts within the agreed workflow, rather than requiring a separate reactive claim. Supporting evidence, agreed limits and dispute review still apply.

When does CasaPay trigger an eligible payout?

Standard timing is due date +30 days. With the optional On-time upgrade, it is due date +1 day. These are eligible payout triggers, not confirmation that funds have arrived.

Does this apply beyond rent?

Yes. Rent, damages and one-time fees use the same proactive payout logic where included in your agreed service and limits. Collect has no operator plan fee; tenant service fees, processing charges and the On-time upgrade are separate.
