What earns a reward?
The proposed model pays once after a referred tenant activates No-deposit or Guarantor and completes their first successful service payment. One reward per tenant, not per service. Your agreement confirms eligibility and payout terms.
How are referrals tracked?
CasaPay and the operator agree the referral route, attribution window and reporting before invitations are shared.
Can we refer existing tenants?
Eligibility depends on programme rules and the tenant’s prior CasaPay relationship. Confirm which tenants qualify before sending invitations.
Are these monthly rewards?
No. The calculator estimates a year of one-time rewards using 60% uptake and £40 per qualifying tenant. These assumptions are illustrative, not a confirmed offer.
