Operator plan pricing.

Collect currently has no operator plan fee and includes the six connected modules. That does not mean every payment method, tenant service or commercial arrangement is free.

On-time is currently presented at 2.5% of payment volume for earlier eligible guarantor payout timing. The transactions included in billable volume, billing cadence and market terms require confirmation.

Tenant-paid services.

No-deposit and Guarantor are optional services paid by tenants who agree to use them. CasaPay's current illustrations use 2% of the deposit amount per month for No-deposit and a one-time 5% of the guarantee amount for Guarantor.

Those are approved examples for the prototype, not universal market rates. The tenant must see the applicable amount, schedule and terms before agreement.

Payment-processing charges.

Bank, card and wallet methods can have different processing and commercial costs. A free operator plan should not be interpreted as zero charges for every transaction route.

Confirm the payer, method, currency, local surcharge rules, refunds, disputes and any minimum or cross-border cost for the target setup.

Payout timing.

Eligible guarantor payout timing is currently described as due date +30 days under Collect and due date +1 day under On-time. Both are subject to agreed limits, evidence, dispute review and terms.

Confirm whether the stated days are calendar or banking days, what event begins the clock and whether the statement describes payout due, routing or settlement.

Eligibility and market scope.

Eligibility can apply to the operator, tenant, tenancy, payment method, guarantor service, no-deposit service, protected obligation and payout recipient.

Questions operators ask.

Is Collect completely free?

Collect has no operator plan fee. Tenant services, payment-processing charges and financing costs are separate and depend on the setup.

Who pays for No-deposit and Guarantor?

The current proposition says the tenant pays the agreed optional service fee.

Is On-time always 2.5%?

The current public price is 2.5% of payment volume. Final market, scope and commercial terms must be confirmed.

Does +1 day mean funds settle the next day?

Do not assume so. The agreement must define the event, day type and relationship between payout due, routing and confirmed settlement.
