Research

Publish evidence when the data can support it.

CasaPay is preparing an evidence standard for future payment, arrears and workflow research. No benchmark is published without adequate data and privacy review.

Noindex until the first approved research release.

Build evidence that can be checked.

Use these paths to compare the product, operating model and next decision.

Planned

Rental Payments and Arrears Index.

Aggregated trends with cohort definitions, coverage notes and privacy review.

Method

Explain the denominator.

Name the countries, period, tenancy types, payment events and exclusions.

Privacy

Aggregate responsibly.

Apply anonymisation, minimum cohort sizes and disclosure review.

Evidence before publicity.

Original data can earn authority only if the methodology is credible. CasaPay should wait until the sample, consent and privacy controls support publication.

Research should never expose individual tenants or operators, and marketing summaries must preserve material limitations.

A publication needs a reproducible method.

A future report should define the payment event, observation period, included countries, portfolio types, cohort size, exclusions and revision policy. Trend language must reflect the actual sample rather than imply a whole-market benchmark.

The publication owner should retain an internal methodology file, privacy approval and query version. Public summaries should link back to the full method and preserve material caveats.
