Pay by bankPay

Pay by bank is free. Additional charges apply to card payments, including Visa and Mastercard, and to Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Keep the upfront cash deposit out of your move-in setup by choosing a paid service, where available.

CasaPay Split lets you pay one rent amount in two payments.

For £1,000 rent: £515 on the first payment date (£500 rent + £15 fee), then £500 fourteen days later. The split fee is 1.5% of the full rent per use. Membership is £9.99 per month, billed separately.
