The optional paid upgrade brings eligible guarantor payout timing from due date +30 days to due date +1 day.
Explore On-timeCasaPay describes the current operator proposition as contractual payment protection, not rent-guarantee insurance. The commercial agreement defines the eligible obligations, evidence, limits, exclusions, recovery rights and dispute process.
That distinction matters when comparing products. A personal or professional guarantor supports a tenant's obligation. Rent-guarantee insurance is an insurance product. Guaranteed-rent management usually involves an operator leasing or managing the property for a fixed payment. CasaPay should only be evaluated against an equivalent contractual workflow.
The strongest operational control is a clear record of what was requested, when it was due and what payment event was confirmed. CasaPay keeps that context with the RentLink, so evidence and status can be reviewed without rebuilding the history in a separate process.
Current eligible payout timing is due date +30 days under Collect and due date +1 day with the optional On-time upgrade. Timing is subject to agreed limits, evidence, dispute review and applicable terms, and does not itself confirm bank settlement.
Before activation, confirm the legal entity, operating market, tenancy type, covered obligations, portfolio limits, evidence requirements, dispute path, recovery process and the people authorised to make decisions.
CasaPay does not present protection as universal, risk-free or automatically active. A portfolio pilot should use a defined set of eligible tenancies and a documented review path.

No. Eligibility depends on the agreed contract and supporting evidence. A late or unpaid status alone does not establish an eligible payout.
