A guarantor supports a tenant's obligation. The guarantor can be a person or, where offered, a professional service. The operator decides whether the guarantor route is acceptable for the tenancy.
A professional service can charge the tenant and apply eligibility rules, evidence requirements and limits. It should not be treated as automatic tenancy approval or as an operator insurance policy.
Contractual rent guarantee or payment protection is an agreement that defines eligible rent obligations and the conditions for an operator payout. It can sit alongside the rent-collection workflow so the due date, payment status and supporting evidence remain connected.
The contract must define limits, exclusions, disputes, recovery and timing. CasaPay's current public direction is contractual protection where offered, not a blanket claim of insurance-backed or risk-free rent.
Rent-guarantee insurance is an insurance product governed by a policy, insurer, regulatory framework and claims process. Coverage, premiums, excesses, exclusions and legal-expense features depend on the policy and jurisdiction.
Do not describe a contractual guarantee as insurance simply because both address non-payment risk. Compare equivalent covered events, time periods and payout conditions.
Guaranteed-rent management usually describes a property-management or leasing arrangement in which another party promises a fixed payment to the owner under a management or lease structure.
It changes the operating relationship and can include property-management obligations. That is different from a tenant guarantor, an insurance policy or payment protection attached to a rent workflow.
Begin with the problem: enabling an eligible tenant, protecting an operator from a defined missed payment, transferring insured risk or outsourcing property operation. Then compare total cost, eligibility, control, evidence, timing and recovery on the same scope.
Local counsel should confirm the applicable legal category and marketing wording before publication or rollout.

Possibly, depending on the products and operator policy, but the purposes and terms remain separate.
No such claim is made. It is described as tenant-paid guarantor support subject to eligibility and acceptance.
No. Eligibility, limits, evidence, disputes, exclusions and recovery follow the agreed contract.
An optional operator upgrade for earlier eligible guarantor payout timing, currently described as due date +1 day at 2.5% of payment volume.
